Emission
The new issue, handled by Blasieholmen Investment Group and valued at SEK 30 million, was fully subscribed. We have, in parallel, prepared for future financing. We thank all our existing shareholders and warmly welcome the new ones.

Nasdaq
Now, we are fully committed to the IPO/listing. We have hired an expert in the field, Torbjörn Nordlöf, to oversee the entire complex process. We aim to reach the finish line before the summer solstice.

New agreements and partnerships
Together with our customers, we drive the development of AI and automation forward at all levels. This allows us to expand our customer network and broaden our range of services. Our prospect list is growing rapidly, and AI is more relevant than ever. Expect more news here shortly!

2024 is here. According to a recent study by BCG (Boston Consulting Group), we are facing a paradigm shift in the corporate world as more and more decision-makers realize the potential of AI to drive growth and profitability.

This is precisely how our platform helps customers make smarter decisions. It is elevating data-driven decision-making to a whole new level.

A global focus on AI and automation aligns with our ambitious growth targets of at least 50% by 2024. Our success internationally has reinforced this, opening doors to other markets in Latin America and internationally.

Rapid technological development means we can increasingly raise the bar on the deliveries to our platform. In addition to an AI-powered OCR engine, we are also launching automatic travel expense management. We will deliver more features and solutions in 2024. We look forward to continuing to lead the development of intelligent business decisions with AI.
